Kimchi Nabe

Recently, it is getting colder. The season of Nabe is coming!!Nabe have various kind of flavor, for example, simple, chanko, motsu, kimchi. This time I made kimchi flavor nabe with my friends. Nabe is so easy to make, and also healthy. The order to make kimchi nabe is following: First, cut green onion and chinese leaves (hakusai), and pork meat. Second, put them into nabe with water and boiled. As you can see in the picture, you may think vegetables were too much. But if you boiled them for several minutes, these got smaller, so it's o.k. Third, pour kimchi sauce and pork meat in it. That's how to make kimchi nabe!! After you have finished eating all vegetables and pork in kimchi nabe, you can make kind of risotto using the rest of soup. You just put rice and eggs in it. I recommend you to eat the risotto with kimchi.
